The Palace of Fine Arts is located in the Marina District of San Francisco, California. A monumental architectural structure originally constructed for the 1915 Panama-Pacific Exposition to exhibit works of art. This prominent building of the complex is a 162 feet open rotunda and enclosed by a lagoon on one side with its neighboring large curved exhibition core on the other side and is separated from the lagoon.
